MES Husky Pup Days:
Data Confirmation of Enrollment/Registration for 22-23 School Year
Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year.
August 9th through August 11th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (lunch break from 12:00-1:00pm) and 1:00pm to 3:00pm in the Mammoth Elementary School multipurpose room (MPR).
Husky Days is an IN-PERSON confirmation of enrollment/registration. At this event, families will be completing the following items: Aeries data confirmation, school lunch application, teacher assignments, student and family technology orientation, meet and greet with the PTO. MES PTO will have special Husky Pup spirit wear for sale, and they're sponsoring the Latin Market food truck too!
This is required for all currently registered MES students in grades TK-5.
STEP 1 - FILL OUT ONLINE FORMS
Beginning Tuesday, August 9th, go to:

Click on “Student Data Confirmation” to proceed through the tabs and complete the data confirmation process.
SPECIAL NOTE: If you cannot access the internet to complete forms online before your student comes to Husky Days, you may come to the MES MPR to fill out the data confirmation form. If you cannot attend, please print your Data Confirmation sheet and bring it to the Main Office before the first day of school.
STEP 2 - COME to the MES MPR
Turn in your Data Confirmation Form, sign up for the lunch program, see class assignment, and orient yourself to Parent Square and meet the MES Parent Teacher Organization.
Tuesday, August 9th: 9 am -12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Wednesday, August 10th: 9 am -12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Thursday, August 11th: 9 am -12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Husky Days' Taco Days
When: August 10th only from 10:00-2:00
Where: MES
Learn about your school and let’s spend some time together to start off a great new year ! For every student registered who turns in their data confirmation sheet, PTO will sponsor you with a taco ticket redeemable at the Latin Market food truck which will be parked right outside! Latin Market will have their food truck for the whole family to purchase additional meals. We'll have outdoor games and tables set up to meet families and spend time getting to know one another. Bring refreshments and desserts to share.
***If you are unable to turn in your data confirmation form during the Husky Days event, please drop it off at the MES main office prior to the start of school on August 18, 2022.***
